Just recently, on November 11, a man currently on a 10-year term probation in Miller County, Arkansas, for sexually abusing a 7-year-old boy, was arrested last week after being caught in a car with a nude 13-year-old girl in Texarkana, Texas. (TXK TODAY)
Sources say that the sexual offender was allegedly found parked in front of the young girl's house in Texarkana, Texas when her mother came outside and confronted him, on Nov. 4. Clark supposedly "kicked" the girl--who was nude--out of his car, and we assume he drove away as the mother only reported the man's license plate number to the police.
Later that same night, officers spotted Tyjae Jamar Clark (recognized by his car and license plate number) in Wake Village, Texas and pulled him over. Clark attempted to run from the police but was caught and taken into custody.
Phone records show messages distributed between Clark and the 13-year-old girl where the young girl told him her age--making him fully aware that she was a minor. However, that did not stop Clark from asking her for sexually explicit photos and sex anyway.
Clark has been charged in Bowie County with a misdemeanor evading arrest, aggravated sexual assault of a child, online solicitation of a minor, and possession of child pornography, booking records show.
Because of Tyjae Jamar Clark being placed on a 10-year probation in 2020 for second-degree sexual assault in Miller County, Ark and this current offense, Clark is required to register as a sex offender for life.
Sources say that Clark's bonds on the charges in Bowie County total $410,000 and he is currently being held in the Bowie County jail. If convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child, Clark faces a possible 5 to 99 years or life in prison in Texas.
